Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Melbourne

To work in any bar, club, cafe, restaurant or venue that sells alcohol in Victoria, you need to have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, accredited by the Victorian Commission for Liquor and Gambling Regulation. Melbourne Barista offers an RSA course at our CBD premises. Approved by the VCGLR, the course runs for 4 hours and upon successful completion you will receive your VCGLR approved certificate. At just $50, our RSA is the best value for money in Melbourne.

The course covers the following subjects:

  • Problems associated with excessive consumption
  • Alcohol and the law
  • Who is responsible
  • Facts about alcohol
  • Strategies for responsible service
  • Refusal of service

We have courses that run almost every day. To make a booking for the RSA course, Click Here to be transferred to our online enrolment form.
